Lone Photographic - Terms and Conditions

  • Your booking is confirmed by payment of a deposit, together with your details on our booking form. Your booking is accepted on condition that DATES, TIMES, and VENUES remain EXACTLY as indicated on the form. Any changes are only acceptable if first agreed with us, then confirmed in writing, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Normal cancellation terms apply- see below.
  • Lone Photographic will be the Sole Professional Photographer at the specified venues. Guests are encouraged to take informal snapshots themselves at the church, but it is agreed that no other professional cameras or distractions will be permitted in the quiet garden, or hotel area, where the Bride & Groom's artistic and romantic pictures are arranged. (professional video is O.K. - by agreement)
  • In the event of insufficient time being allowed - eg. owing to a late start, or by not following our suggested time allowances - the customer accepts that the quantity and quality of photographs may be inferior to the originally planned photographs, although every effort will be made by the photographer, in any event or circumstance to make up for lost time.
  • Lone Photographic reserves the right to display "Samples" of any photographs taken, in Magazines, Newspapers, Competitions, Exhibitions, Leaflets etc, for the purpose of advertising our services to new clients.
  • CANCELLATIONS - In the unlikely event of cancellation, at least one months notice must be given for a full refund of any deposit or money paid.
  • COPYRIGHT ACT 1988 - Copyright of all professional photographs belongs to the photographer - Khalid Lone of Lone Photographic. Any unauthorised copying or reproduction is a criminal offence, and will lead to prosecution.
